What is Lymphatic Drainage?

Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle massage technique that helps your body move lymph fluid more effectively. Filtering and removing harmful components out of your bloodstream

Think of your Lymphatic system like a network of highways.

These highways circulate a fluid rich in Lymphocytes — aka White Blood Cells, that identify and destroy pathogens. Within those highways are traps called lymph nodes, they collect viruses, bacteria and even free radicals before they spread into your tissues.

But unlike your blood, lymph doesn’t have it’s own pumping system, instead it relies on muscle movement, breathing, and massage to keep it functioning.

How does the Lymphatic system work?

  • Each treatment is 60 minutes, and only focuses on a single section at a time. To get full body results, the treatment is cut into 5 separate services so as to not overload your system.

  • Everyone benefits from a healthy lymphatic system.

some signs of a clogged lymphatic system can include brain fog, swelling in the limbs, muscle and joint discomfort and fatigue.

  • Every person is different!

Together we will assess how your body reacts to the first treatment, and curate a treatment plan that works with your schedule.
